This Windows-based solution features built-in audio, video, and supports Microsoft Teams Rooms and bring-your-own-meeting conferencing. Includes a touch panel for control and allows for optional table microphones for extended audio coverage.

The Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar is an integrated Windows-based device with a built-in compute. It features four high-resolution cameras, a 16-element microphone array and integrated loudspeakers. The included 10.9-inch touchscreen controller simplifies meeting management and AV bridging, while up to four optional table microphones provide flexible audio coverage with mute sync.

Simplified Configuration

The Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar was designed to be up and running in minutes (without Q-SYS Designer Software). Devices are plug-and-play, providing integrated meeting and device control plus room-ready audio that greatly reduces setup time. The web-based configuration tool lets users make additional changes to ensure the best performance in any space.

Simplified Registration to Q-SYS Reflect

A few simple steps connects your Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar to systemwide remote monitoring and management via Q-SYS Reflect. Just scan the QR code located on the exterior packaging or bar to access a web-based interface for easy configuration.

Simplified System-wide Management

The Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar connects to Q-SYS Reflect, a cloud-based monitoring and management tool that ties together every Q-SYS system across your high-performance workplace, and communal areas, providing system administrators with real-time actions and insights. Q-SYS Reflect Plus enables quicker scalability using presets, an easy way to save and deploy configurations of the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar at scale.
